- Cut the vegetables into slices and arrange in a bowl, after chopped, season.
- In a form, make a little turn with the vegetables, always alternating, one of each. Drizzle with the olive oil on top.
- Take it to bake, oven at 200 degrees for about 1 to 1 and a half hours, and it's ready.
