- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Fresh thyme to taste
- Fresh rosemary to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the potatoes, carrots and zucchini into thick strips
- Cut the pumpkin into slices
- Place on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add rosemary and thyme.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Take it to the oven at 200° when the vegetables soften, remove the foil and leave it until it bakes.
