  • Sliced Pumpkin4 unit(s)
  • Zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Sweet potato1 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Fresh thyme to taste
  • Fresh rosemary to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cut the potatoes, carrots and zucchini into thick strips
  2. Cut the pumpkin into slices
  3. Place on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Add rosemary and thyme.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Take it to the oven at 200° when the vegetables soften, remove the foil and leave it until it bakes.
