- Get the already cleaned pork belly blanket! Season with garlic and salt + garlic and set aside for a few minutes, inside the fridge!
- Second step, after the detachment, take the blanket and roll it up like a swiss roll. Tying the entire length of the blanket with string, each lashing will be a roll! Then debt according to the thickness you want! Here we leave the lashings with two fingers! (you can see it in the video I posted) Pay attention to curling with the fat out ok!
- Third step, bake in the oven at maximum temperature, for approximately 1h30min or until you see that the fat shell of the blanket is crispy.
- Fourth step, cut with a sharp saw knife where you made the ribs of the roll crackling. And fry in hot oil! Be careful, sneeze a lot!
- Now just taste! You can also put cream cheese and take it for 1min in the microwave (photo) it's delicious
