- Meat Sauce2 cup
- Shallow cornstarch or wheat flour.2 tablespoon
- Note: Place the meat you want to roast in a pan, already seasoned (lizard, duckling, osso buco, rib) or other meat of your choice.
- Let the liquid come out of the meat, add a little liquid that it can be water or even white wine (it tastes better).
- Bring to a boil, remove excess liquid and in another pan to start preparing the Roti sauce.
- We can use wheat flour plus margarine and make a mixture just like we normally make béchamel sauce. Or we can put the starch in a glass and dissolve it in water and put it in the meat sauce the same as we had done at the beginning of the recipe, put it on the fire and let the sauce thicken and it's ready. Accompanies meat in general.
