  • Mustard Powder5 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar1/2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Sour cream1 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar or Apple Only2 tablespoon
  1. Combine the mustard powder, brown sugar and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat (180°).
  2. Slowly add the cream, stirring, until it is very light and has a uniform consistency.
  3. Add the oil and vinegar and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the mustard has thickened and darkened.
  4. Covered, mustard can be stored for weeks in the refrigerator.
  5. It goes well with ham.
