- Mustard Powder5 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sour cream1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar or Apple Only2 tablespoon
- Combine the mustard powder, brown sugar and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat (180°).
- Slowly add the cream, stirring, until it is very light and has a uniform consistency.
- Add the oil and vinegar and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the mustard has thickened and darkened.
- Covered, mustard can be stored for weeks in the refrigerator.
- It goes well with ham.
