- English Potato800 g
- Melted butter80 g
- Olive oil20 ml
- Chopped Rosemary1 tablespoon
- Wash the potatoes well and cut in 8. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Drain and place on a large baking sheet. Ideally, they are evenly spread out. Drizzle with butter, olive oil, season with salt and pepper and the chopped rosemary.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 40/50 minutes, until golden brown.
