- Sweet potato1 kg
- Thinly sliced baby onion1 kg
- Black beer1 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a pan with water and plenty of salt, cook the potatoes cut in half.
- Meanwhile, in a frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions well until they begin to release liquid. Then add the black beer and let it caramelize.
- When reaching the point, reserve the onions and then add the potatoes to the skillet with the remaining liquid. Add more oil if necessary and sauté until the beer flavors are well incorporated into the potato.
- Don't worry, the alcohol will disappear from the preparation!
- Once everything is well sautéed, place it on the plate or platter it will serve and mix it with the previously made onions. Then just bring it to the table.
