- The first step is to season the salmon fillets, with the crushed garlic, salt and black pepper and let it rest for 30 minutes. The second step is to cut the onions into slices and place two slices for each piece of salmon in the pan. Place the salmon on top of the onion rings and apply a drizzle of olive oil on top of the salmon. Place in preheated oven for 25 minutes. For the sauce, put the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, Chimichumi and a little olive oil in a bowl. Mix all ingredients and set aside. When serving, place the salmon steak with the onion, the yogurt sauce and sprinkle with the green smell.
