- First, let's season the chicken... In the pressure cooker, sauté the garlic in olive oil, put the chicken breast in pieces, add the dry seasonings (salt, chimi-churri, lemon pipper), then place the onions in slices and cover the pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and when you get pressure, let it simmer for about 15 minutes. (Accompany the cooking so that the onion water doesn't dry out too much and end up burning). Once the chicken breast is cooked, shred it and set it aside to cool.
- After the chicken breast is shredded and cold, mix the other ingredients, leaving the potato straw last. Preferably put the potato straw only at the time to serve so that it gets crispy. Decorated with a flower I made with tomato peel.
