- Pumpkin seed0.5 cup
- Sunflower seed0.5 cup
- Black sesame1 tablespoon
- Roasted unsalted peanuts0.5 cup
- White sesame1 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Toast each of the seeds (separately) in a non-stick skillet, season with salt and set aside. Always low heat and stirring so it doesn't burn.
- Allow to cool completely, mix everything together and store in a tightly closed container.
- Consume as an accompaniment to salads, soups or even on top of your meal to bring a crunch.
