- Extra Virgin Olive Oil300 ml
- Aliche300 g
- Salt to taste
- Place the oil in a large pan and add the peppers and onions, cut into 2cm cubes, with the seedless peppers
- Let it sauté well, if you stir a lot, until the pepper and onions are golden brown... The pepper can even stick to the bottom of the pan
- Turn off the heat and transfer to a container to cool the stew.
- After cooling, put the whole stew in a blender and add the aliche and beat well until it turns into a paste.
- Add to taste, garlic cloves (I suggest 2 units) and Finger de Moça pepper (I suggest 1/2 unit)
- Knock again and you're done! Ideal to serve with an Italian bread!
