- Lemon Vinegar or Lemon Juice2 tablespoon
- Salt, spices and olive oil to taste
- Mix all the ingredients and add to a gravy boat or a tube (suitable for sauces), keep in the fridge. Use to season all types of salads. It's very tasty.
