- sausage500 g
- Potatoes500 g
- Olives200 g
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water. Drain and reserve
- Cook sausages until soft. Chop them and heat with the olives, seasonings (preferably) and oil, sauté and set aside.
- Pass the potatoes in the masher or even mash them with a fork. Add the cream, taste the salt and set aside.
- In a refractory, pour half of the dough
- Add the seasoned sausages and the other half of the creamed potatoes.
- Finish with Parmesan cheese
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden.
