- Cabbage2 cup

- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Minced Bacon1 to taste
- Place the bacon cut into small cubes over medium-low heat. After browning, sauté the onion and garlic until they start to brown too.
- Add the cabbage and cover. Let it cook for about 5 minutes on medium-low heat, so that the cabbage cooks in its own steam, until wilted. Then stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If you want to make a kale farofa, just add 1 cup of cassava flour and mix very well. Leave it on medium heat for another 2-3 minutes, or until the farofa is loose.
