- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Chopped or dried parsley1 to taste
- Water400 ml
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes and cook in salted water until tender.
- Drain the cooking water
- In a frying pan put the butter to melt, put the potatoes to fry.
- Turn all sides to brown, sprinkle with parsley and fry a little more.
- This potato is delicious... And it's very practical to make!
