- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and Seasoning0 to taste
- Put a pot of water on the fire and bring it to a boil.
- When the water boils, put the carrots cut into strips and let it pre-cook.
- When the carrots are al dente, set and dry well.
- In a frying pan, put the oil and let it heat up, when the oil is hot, put the carrots and the turnips.
- After putting the salt, seasoning and the green smell, leave it on the fire for another 3 minutes and you can serve (if you want to add more seasonings, it's up to you)
