- Drained Firm Tofu400 g
- Onion finely chopped1 unit(s)
- Tomato cut into small cubes2 unit(s)
- Turmeric Powder1/2 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Nutritional yeast (optional)1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- In a bowl, crumble the tofu and set aside.
- Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large skillet and add the onion. Saute until translucent.
- Add the chopped tomato and then the paprika. Saute until the tomato water dries up.
- Add the tofu, turmeric, yeast and salt and stir well to combine the ingredients. Saute for about five minutes.
- Adjust the salt, drizzle with a spoon of olive oil, turn off the heat and finish with chopped parsley.
- Eat it for breakfast as an accompaniment to breads, couscous... or in meals.
