- Soaked adzuki beans2 cup
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped leek1/2 cup
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground cumin to taste
- Green seasoning to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- In a pressure cooker, cook the beans with the bay leaf for 8 minutes after getting pressure.
- In a heated non-stick skillet, add the oil and brown the garlic, onion and leek.
- Place a ladle of the cooked beans in the skillet along with the sautéed and knead well until it forms a mush.
- Put all this mixture back into the pressure cooker beans and mix well.
- Add the cumin, salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
