- Soaked carioca beans250 g
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion3 tablespoon
- Leek, chopped in half moon0.5 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Tomato without skin and chopped seed0.5 cup
- Ground cumin1 coffee spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Green Spice to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the beans with the bay leaves in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes or until soft.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
- Add the leek and cumin and mix.
- Place a ladle of the beans in the skillet and knead well until it forms a paste.
- Put this mixture on the beans, add salt and pepper.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes and add the tomato.
- After about 2 minutes, adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
