- Let the beans soak for 20 minutes. Cut the pepperoni and the jerky. The jerky is left to soak in water during preparation.
- In the pressure cooker add garlic oil and onion stir for a few seconds.
- Then add the beans, jerky and pepperoni. Add water and cover the pan as soon as there is pressure and let it cook for 40 minutes.
