Pegue uma panela, encha com água, adicionando pimenta, sal e azeite de oliva. Mexa um pouco.

Depois adicione o mexilhão (lavado) quando a água ja estiver bem quente, deixando cozinhar por 10 a 15 minutos em fogo baixo e com a panela tampada. Depois disso pode consumir.
