- Ground beef500 g

- Tomato puree150 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Cooking cream200 ml
- Cheese150 g
- Parsley to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the pasta in 1 liter of salted water for 6 minutes over moderately low heat.
- Pour them into a pan. Fry the onion and minced meat in a little oil for 8 minutes over moderate heat. We add salt. Season with black pepper, paprika, cumin and oregano.
- Add the tomato puree. Leave on the stove for 1 minute. Add the parsley, stir and pour into the pasta pan.
- Stir and pour over the beaten eggs with the cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
