Salt20 g
Pepper40 g
Cheese (grated)100 g
Parsley50 g

Water100 ml
liquid milk200 ml
Sour cream50 ml

Cook the potato with just water.
Cook the fish, placing it in a covered pan with water and salt for 20 minutes.
Then put the mashed potato, the milk, the cream and the fish cut and cooked in a blender.
Then put the beaten substance in a pan to heat, stir and add the pepper, parsley and a little salt. Cooking for another 20 minutes over medium heat.
Then place the puree made on a plate, garnishing with coriander and a little pepper. Now just serve.
