- Ground black pepper5 g
- Oregano5 g
- Put the milk in a pan and heat it well. Before boiling, add the vinegar and as soon as it starts to curdle, turn off the heat.
- Let it cool a little and pass the contents of the pan in a sieve, Squeeze a little to remove the liquid well, season the part with salt, pepper, oregano and reserve in a plastic pot in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Eat with sliced bread or crackers.
