- Boiled rice3 cup
- Pepperoni1/2 cup
- Leek1/2 cup
- Carrot1/2 cup
- White and traditional raisins3 tablespoon
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pea1/2 cup
- Green smell to taste
- Onion2 tablespoon
- In the pan fry the pepperoni cut into cubes well fried
- Add the peas, carrots, leeks and onions and let them cook well.
- With everything well braised, add the rice and raisins
- Finish seasoning with lemon pepper salt and black pepper and the green smell
