- Homemade tomato sauce400 g
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Chopped green seasoning1 dessert spoon
- In a nonstick skillet higher on the sides, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Let it cook for about 5 minutes and add the eggs (1 at a time). Make a space in the sauce and gently accommodate the egg. Season each egg with salt and pepper.
- Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat until the egg is at the point of your preference.
- Finish with the green seasoning and basil leaves on top. Serve immediately.
