- Black Pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Olive oil6 tablespoon
- Clean fresh shrimp1 kg
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Passata1/2 cup
- Coriander1/2 cup
- Girl's Finger Pepper2 unit(s)
- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese1 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Open the pumpkin, remove the seeds. Reserve.
- Crush 5 cloves of garlic, with 1/2 onion, black pepper, salt and olive oil.
- Rub this paste inside the pumpkin, cover and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Season the prawns with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
- In a hot skillet, with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the prawns, season with salt and pepper and reserve.
- Sauté the remaining onion, garlic and add the tomatoes and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the cilantro, pepper, cream, cream cheese, shrimp and adjust the salt.
- Arrange the shrimp with the sauce inside the pumpkin and mix with the cooked pumpkin inside.
- Cover with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
- And serve.
