- Shrimp400 g
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Shrimp, fish or chicken broth1 l
- Cold butter4 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- 1 clove garlic, minced1 unit(s)
- Chopped and seeded tomato150 g
- Arborio rice200 g
- White wine60 ml
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup
- Finely chopped parsley1/2 cup
- In a pan, sauté the shrimp in butter, the point is when it starts to turn pink. Reserve.
- In the same pan, sauté the onion and tomatoes in the oil until it becomes transparent, add the rice and mix well. Then add the wine.
- Add the shrimp broth little by little, ladle by ladle. The rice is al dente.
- Finally, add the shrimp, butter and grated Parmesan. Mix until very creamy. Finish by mixing the parsley and it's ready to serve.
