- Chopped pepperoni150 g
- Chopped Bacon150 g
- Cassava Flour200 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Red Bell Pepper1 tablespoon
- Chopped Green Bell Pepper1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- I cooked the beans for 8 minutes under pressure with water and salt. Drain all the water.
- In a pan, I fried the bacon and pepperoni over low heat to release all the fat, added the garlic and fried it together, added the onion and the peppers.
- I added the beans and seasoned with salt, pepper and green smell, lastly I added the flour, mixed well and turned off the heat.
