- I started by seasoning the chicken. I put garlic powder, black pepper and salt. mixed well
- Now in a large pan I put the oil and the chicken pieces and let them fry on both sides, turning them over.
- Then add the garlic and chopped onion and let it fry a little.
- Then I added the rice and chopped carrots. I added the saffron and mixed well. Add chopped parsley.
- Then cover with water and let it cook until all the water has dried and the rice is soft.
- Then just serve it hot
