- Smoked sausage1 cup

- Cut the sausages into slices and the bacon into pieces.
- In a frying pan, fry the sausages and bacon; when they are fried add the onion and stir until it sautés. Then add the eggs and stir until fried.
- Then add the paprika, stir, and add the flour, turn off the heat and mix well and finally add the salt to taste.
