- Black beans500 g
- Dried meat cut into cubes500 g
- Pepperoni sausage cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Paio sausage cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Bacon cut into cubes300 g
- Salt pork ribs cut into pieces500 g
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Parsley1 to taste
- Start by desalting the meats overnight.
- Place the beans in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes after it gets pressure. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Cook the meats separately to remove excess salt. Remove from heat and wash with cold water and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic in the pressure cooker, place the meat and add the beans.
- Cook for a further 20 minutes after the pressure cooker or until the meats are tender to your liking.
- Serve with rice, cabbage and farofa
