- Black Beans500 g
- Pepperoni sausage In slices300 g
- Pork1 to taste
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Chopped Smoked Sausage2 cup
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Dry meat1 to taste
- Bay leaf4 unit(s)
- Let the beans soak until full. Cut the sausages and meat and set aside.
- In the pressure cooker add the oil, garlic and onion sauté.
- Then add the sausages to meats, beans and bay leaves.
- Add enough water to cover the beans. Now let it cook for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
