- Tuscan Sausage200 g
- Cassava Flour150 g

- Chopped bell pepper2 tablespoon

- In a pan I added the oil and the bacon, when the bacon was fried I added the ribs and the pepperoni, the seasonings, I refogged well, added water and Cooked under pressure for 15 minutes.
- After that time, I removed the pressure and added the beans, cooked for another 15 minutes under pressure, left it in the fire for another 5 minutes without pressure to find out the broth.
