- Cook the potatoes whole, with the skin on, with water and salt for 10 minutes or until soft.
- Once cooked, drain all the water, wait for it to cool and then peel them all and cut them into large or small cubes.
- In a pan put the oil and take it to the low fire until it warms up, after it heats up the oil add the seasoning and stir for 30 seconds or 1 minute.
- Then add the potatoes and stir for another 2 or 3 minutes or until golden brown.
