- Rice1 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Mortadella2 unit(s)
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- 1- beat the eggs, milk and rice in the blender for 2 minutes
- 2- add salt and beat again
- 3- pass everything from the blender to a refractory and add the wheat flour until it gets a tougher point, usually it's two cups right
- 4- after that, add the mortadella to taste in slices, finely chopped and stir well with the help of a spoon
- 5- Finally add the yeast and fry in hot new oil.
- Note: don't keep turning in the other to fry, turn only once ❤️
