- chopped bacon100 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baked beans2 cup
- Raw Cassava Flour1 cup
- Chopped green smell1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- olive oil to finish2 tablespoon
- Heat the oil and brown the bacon for 3 min. Add the onion and sauté for another 3 minutes. Add the garlic and leave for another 2 minutes.
- Crack the eggs and stir until they release from the bottom of the pan. Season with salt to taste
- Add the cooked beans (soak them the night before and cook without seasoning, just with water in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes - they need to be firm)
- Add the cassava flour and stir gently, mixing all the ingredients. Stir for about 4 minutes on low heat for the flour to cook.
- Hit the salt, add the green smell, finish with a thread of olive oil, mix again and it's ready!
