- Diced Pumpkin1 kg
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato without skin, chopped2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley2 tablespoon
- In a pan, place 1 tablespoon of margarine, 1 chopped onion and 1 minced garlic clove. Saute until golden.
- Then add 2 chopped seedless tomatoes, 1 kilo of cubed pumpkin, salt to taste and black pepper to taste. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley and mix. Serve immediately.
