- Potatoes500 g
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Wash the potatoes well, peel (optional) and cut into medium cubes or half moons. In a pan with boiling water, put the potatoes, salt and let it cook for 10 minutes. They shouldn't soften, just be pre-cooked. In a skillet, melt the butter, add the potato and let it brown. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the salsa. It's ready. It's a delicious side dish.
