- Basil to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Tomato Extract to taste
- Baking powder to taste
- Pepper and cumin to taste
- Spaghetti1 kg
- Olive oil to taste
- Remove the skin from the sausage and grind it with a knife, take it to a heated pan with a drizzle of olive oil and fry well until golden add the onion and let it become transparent add the garlic the leek and the chopped pepper and let it wither in a bowl. the peeled tomato and place everything in the pan, add a little water, add the tomato paste and a pinch of baking powder to correct the acidity, season with pepper and cumin, correct the salt, add the basil and let it settle to thicken the sauce At the end add the grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente (9 minutes), drain and set aside.
- Serve the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
