- Lentil200 g
- Pepperoni cut into half moons1 cup
- Homemade tomato sauce4 cup
- Hot water2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Chopped Green Spice to taste
- Finely chopped chili pepper1 coffee spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- grated carrot1/4 cup
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and brown the garlic, pepper and onion.
- Add the tomato sauce, water, bay leaf, salt and lentils and mix.
- Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 3 minutes after opening the pressure.
- Meanwhile, fry the pepperoni well in a frying pan and discard the fat that comes out.
- Remove the pressure from the pan, check if you need to add more water and add the pepperoni and carrot.
- Cook for another 3 minutes, hit the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
