- Palm oil1/4 cup
- Fine cassava flour2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Chopped red and yellow bell pepper2 tablespoon
- Chopped Chili Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Chopped green onion2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Heat the palm oil in a pan and brown the onion well together with the peppers.
- Add the pepper and chives and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the flour, salt and stir over low heat to toast the flour well for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to another container and let cool before serving.
