- Bechamel sauce300 ml
- Spinach1 cup
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Prepare a béchamel sauce (recipe already published). Reserve.
- In another pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic.
- Add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
- Place the sauce and spinach in a blender and blend lightly.
- Return the cream to the pan and let it set.
- Adjust the salt and pepper.
- Accompanies meat, chicken and pork.
