Red wine

Colocar em um copo baixo, 3 morangos cortados ao meio.

Place in a low glass, 3 strawberries cut in half.

Adicione o Xarope de Fr. vermelhas e macere os morangos.

Add the Fr Syrup. red and macerate the strawberries.

Adicione o gelo, depois o vinho e misture. Use como guarnição fatias de morango e espuma de frutas vermelhas.

Add the ice, then the wine and mix. Use strawberry slices and red fruit foam as a garnish.

Para a espuma: 
2 partes de Xarope de Frutas Vermelhas.
2 partes de água.
1/4 de emucificante.

Misture tudo com um Mixer.


For the foam:
2 parts of Red Fruit Syrup.
2 parts of water.
1/4 of emucifier.

Mix everything with a Mixer.
