Green beans, chopped into 2cm pieces1 cup
Tomato sauce2 cup
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
Chopped Parsley1 dessert spoon
Sea Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Olive oil1 dessert spoon

In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper and mix.
Add the green beans and cook for about 10-15 minutes until they are cooked through. (Add a little water if needed)
Adjust the salt, turn off the fire and finish with the parsley.
