- Ground beef400 ml
- Cheese150 g
- Tomato sauce50 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Olive oil20 ml
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Finely chop the onion, fry in hot oil for 5 minutes over moderate heat. We add salt.
- Add the minced meat, fry for 10 minutes over moderate heat. Then add the tomato puree and season with cumin, thyme, black pepper and paprika.
- Fry for 3 minutes over moderately low heat.
- After turning off the stove, add the grated cheese and parsley. Wait for it to cool a little and add the whites of the three eggs, and reserve the yolks for later.
- Remove the top of the bread, remove the middle of the bread. Pour the minced meat into the carved bread, make nests in which we put the yolks. Sprinkle the yolks with salt and paprika. Bake for 20 minutes.
