- Cook the minced meat, seasoning to taste leaving a little sauce on the meat.
- Open the cabbage in the form of slices from the inside Remove the leaves until you see that the ground meat fits inside the cabbage.
- Place the minced meat inside and cover with the first leaves that were removed first in the form of slices.
- In a pan, prepare a sauce with tomato paste, water and salt. The sauce has to cover half of the cabbage.
- As soon as it starts to boil, put the cabbage inside the sauce, cover the pan and let it cook for 35 minutes. Remembering the sauce cannot be too thick.
- After 35 minutes, remove and serve.
