- Tomato Sauce1/4 cup
- Salt, Black Pepper and Green smell to taste
- Mozzarella80 g

- First cut the eggplant a little towards the middle and make several cuts in it and sprinkle it with a drizzle of olive oil. Place in a mold and bake for 25 minutes or until the eggplant is soft. Put the chicken to cook and then shred.
- In a pan, put a drizzle of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the diced onion. Take it to gold. After baking, take a spoon and scoop out some of the eggplant core and place it in the pan.
- Mix well and sauté. Put the salt, kingdom pepper and mix every time. Add the tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
- Put this mixture in the middle of the eggplant and then put the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Take to gold for 25 minutes.
