- Sweet olive oil2 tablespoon
- Cumin pepper1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped green smell1 to taste
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Vinegar1 dessert spoon
- Grated white cheese100 g
- Cut the eggplants in half and make transverse cuts and add to a bowl of water for 20 minutes.
- Make a sauce with the oil, pepper, garlic, parsley, salt, oregano and a little vinegar. Test until you get a flavor you like.
- Pour this sauce over the eggplant, placing it well inside the cuts you made earlier.
- Put the cheese inside the cuts
- In a refractory greased with olive oil, take the eggplants to bake in an oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
